Refund and Returns Policy

At Ivaara Jewellers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made on www.ivaarajewellers.com please go through our return policy.

Please note this refund policy in not applicable for purchase made at our retail store or any other online marketplace.

Please note below mention refund policy term and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund Period:

Customers have a period of 7 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return of our products. During this time, you can decide whether to keep the product or return it for a refund.

The refund is subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned to its original condition, with all accompanying paperwork, including the insurance certificate, initiate invoice and product certificate, etc.
  • The refund facility is not applicable to gold coin and products ordered with specific indications such as make to order, customization, engraving, personalized items, gift cards, purchase made using promotion code, or with discount coupons.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at careivaara@gmail.com Our customer support term will guide you through the return process.
  • Upon contacting us, to assist you in securely packing the product for return. We request that you create a video of the product being packing and send it to us via WhatsApp with your order number at 9007795757. This video serves as a confirmation of the product’s condition prior to return.
  • Once you packed the product and obtained the necessary documentation, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the package. Please make a note of the courier’s airway bill number for reference.
  • Please note that the entire backward pick-up process may take approximately 7 to 10 days to complete.
  • If we’re unable to secure a courier partner for the return, customers are requested to personally send the product via their preferred courier service. Customers must guarantee that the chosen courier is insured and that all courier fees are covered by them. Upon receiving the package, we will conduct a quality check (QC) on the product. If the (QC) passes, we’ll proceed with refunding the product’s cost and the courier charges paid by the customer. If the (QC) doesn’t pass, we’ll notify the customer, who will then need to process a claim for the product through selected courier partner.
  • Presence original packing, item tag, guarantee card, box, bag, sticker, papers and invoice, securely re pack the unused item.
  • Do not use any celli tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment use the seal already provided, shipment should be sealed before handover to courier only return invoice for shipping purpose to be keep outside. Lock provided by Ivaara Jewellers inside the jewellery box for return propose shall only be used for packing.
  • Refund of the product must through our designated courier only except in case where specifically allowed by our Customer Care Team. Even in such case the shipment has to be insured and courier charges paid by you. Ivaara Jewellers will not be responsible for any loss, damage of the return shipments.
  • Once package ready call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your door step.
  • Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
  • In care you received damaged item or item you didn’t order or wrong item we exchange it free or change or refund the full cost of the product, after quality checkup, if it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
  • All our Diamonds products come with IGI, GIA or SGL approval certificate is not returned, let un know so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement. Ivaara Jewellers will not be responsible for any loss, damage of the return shipments.

  • Please take video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving the returned product at our facility and verifying its condition by our skilled quality inspection team. Ivaara Jewellers will initiate the refund process.
  • The amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days from the date of receiving the returned product as per the terms and conditions mention in the return policy. The refund will be processed to the customer account through which the payment of the order was initiated. Please note that the amount will not be refunded to any other bank account.
  • Customized jewellery cannot be replaced and jewellery damaged due to negligence in handling can only be repaired. No cash refund is admissible.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) i.e. when customer pays in cash once the product received the amount can be refunded either through Cheque or Online Transfer or NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
  • A lock provides by Ivaara Jewellers inside the jewellery box for return propose.

Insurance:

Safe guard of the interact of the customer for the goods ordered, the company shall arrange for transit insurance free of cost valid till its delivery.

The customer on request shale provides us all information and documents, as may be required to assist the company to ledge and substantiate claim against the insurance in the event of a loss.

Warranty:

The goods shall be considered to have a dated in quality if they have an inherit material or manufacturing defect minor deviations from the image shown on the website shall not quiddity as a defect.

Alteration & Modification:
